Prowler Redesign

Customer requested to configure a design in which the flybridge could have an enclosure for him and his family to be in. The primary hurdle was that the radar support limited the height of the new bimini frame. We discussed the options with the customer to make sure that he understood that there is a limit but we should design it as tall as possible. With that in mind, we proceed to cut, bend, and install the stainless to his desired size. We recommended to add stainless supports as there would be added weight in the enclosure. The customer was keen to use Makrolon AR2 on his project to ensure maximum visibility. Due to its nature, Makrolon must be designed to lift up and secure to the frame. We designed the enclosure to have 4 openings for the customer to still have plenty of air ventilation on the flybridge. Although it was a highly meticulous project, we were satisfied to know that the customer will have an enclosure to enjoy. for many years to come.
